Jim and Susan began practicing together in 2009. Prior to opening up their own firm Jim was a partner at a large Atlanta firm and Susan was Of Counsel at an insurance defense firm in Atlanta. Both Jim and Susan sought to take over ten years of representing insurance companies and large corporations to open up a boutique practice where their clients could receive persoanlized service yet still obtain substantial results. Susan Witt Langlais
Susan Witt Langlais of the Langlais Law Group, LLC graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 1998. She worked for a small boutique medical malpractice defense firm in Houston where she defended hospitals, nursing homes and a variety of other medical providers throughout Texas until 2003 when she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia. Susan’s career has primarily focused on civil litigation. Although she has broad experience in a variety of personal injury matters including, but not limited to, personal injury, premises liability, and product liability, her specialty is medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and abuse and assisted living negligence and abuse. In 2009 Susan joined the plaintiff’s bar in Georgia and has taken on a select number of complex medical malpractice, nursing home, assisted living and personal injury cases in counties around the State. She believes in establishing a strong relationship with her clients and providing excellent communication so that her clients are informed of what is going on with their case.
Jim A. Langlais
Jim Langlais is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Langlais Law Group, LLC. In addition to a law degree, Mr. Langlais possesses a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.
